China Digital TV to Announce Unaudited First Quarter 2010 Financial Results on May 11, 2010

(NYSE:STV) ("China Digital TV" or "the Company"), the leading provider of conditional access ("CA") systems to China's expanding digital television market, today announced it will report its unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2010, after the U.S. market closes on Tuesday, May 11, 2010.
