Cable Show Media to Receive Hands-On Tour of the Latest in Broadband Technology

WASHINGTON, April 27 /PRNewswire/ -- A special media tour of "My World - Powered by Cable," the consumer-focused content and technology pavilion featuring the latest in broadband technology for home, school and business, has been scheduled during The Cable Show 2010.

"My World" is a 27,000 square-foot exhibit built to resemble a movie studio lot, including homes, schools, parks, and businesses. The special exhibit is produced by the National Cable & Telecommunications Association (NCTA) in cooperation with Time Warner Cable and other select partners. The exhibit will explore the intersection of award-winning content and innovative new delivery platforms by providing demonstrations of advanced equipment, services, and content offered, supported, and/or enabled by cable's broadband networks.

The Cable Show 2010 is NCTA's 59th Annual Convention and International Exposition, taking place May 11-13 in Los Angeles.
