NEW YORK, Nov. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Verizon's FiOS TV customers can now enjoy even more high-definition (HD) programming, as the company delivers more than 1,000 HD video-on-demand (VOD) titles per month - ahead of schedule. Originally promised for the end of the year, Verizon has expanded its HD VOD library with more great titles, including HD content from several movie channels: Starz, Showtime and Sundance Channel.

FiOS TV customers across the country now have access to an incredible HD selection of VOD titles. New offerings include movie titles from Starz and Sundance Channel as well as movies and several original series from Showtime, including "Brotherhood," "Dexter" and "Weeds."
Verizon's FiOS TV VOD library offers titles that encompass a broad range of interests, including kids, music, pop culture, Spanish language, and home and leisure. The library offers more than 11,000 titles per month - 8,500 are free of charge. Customers can access video on demand simply by pressing the "VOD" or "On Demand" button on their remote control, by using the menu on FiOS TV's interactive media guide, or by selecting the VOD channel.
