TWENTIETH CENTURY FOX LICENSING & MERCHANDISING AND BURGER KING LAUNCH GLOBAL KID'S MEAL PROMOTION FOR 'THE SIMPSONS' ON NOVEMBER 10TH
LOS ANGELES, Nov. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- November 10th will mark another first for The Simpsons television franchise as Twentieth Century Fox Licensing & Merchandising (Fox L&M) and BURGER KING(R) team up for a global Kid's Meal promotion. The "Hang Out With The Simpsons!" promotion will launch simultaneously in the U.S. as well as 58 territories across the globe, marking the largest Kid's Meal campaign based on the television program. "Hang Out With The Simpsons!" will be supported by an extensive marketing campaign that will touch national television advertising, in-restaurant merchandising and more.

During the "Hang Out With The Simpsons!" campaign everyone who purchases a Kids Meal will receive one of six new character-themed collector toys as supplies last. The six toys join together allowing people to "collect and connect" to make their own couch adventure -- recreating the popular opening sequence of The Simpsons television series.
Burger King will support the promotion with national television advertising in the U.S., Turkey, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Argentina and New Zealand, as well as a presence on ClubBK.com, including an exclusive branded game in the U.S. The company will also promote the campaign within its Adventures Newsletter domestically. Eye-catching in-restaurant signage will take place at all participating BURGER KING(R) Restaurants worldwide.
