Wayne County Community College District Partners with The Downriver Council for the Arts and Target to Present Music 'In the Mix' Concert Series
DETROIT, Feb. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Wayne County Community College District's (WCCCD) Continuing Education Division, in partnership with the Downriver Council for the Arts (DCA) and Target present Music "In the Mix," a free three concert series. This series is scheduled to take place at the Downriver Campus, located at 21000 Northline Road, Taylor, MI. All concerts begin at 7:30 p.m., in the Ray Mix Room.

The concert schedule is as follows:
Wednesday, February 27, 2008 - The Doree' String Quartet from the
Southern Great Lakes Symphony
Wednesday, March 5, 2008 - The Gratitude Steel Band, providing a little
touch of the islands in an interactive performance
Wednesday, April 2, 2008 - The Royal Garden Trio + One, traditional jazz
with a distinctly nontraditional sound
The Ray Mix Room is located within the WCCCD Downriver Campus, and free
parking is available.
The District is committed to continue to develop new programs, host more community-based training sessions, improve student facilities and services, upgrade technologies, make capital investments in massive building expansion projects, train staff members to enhance their skills and revamp internal processes to maximize efficiency.
