Ludwig Enterprises, Inc. Company Overview

Ludwig Enterprises, Inc. Company Overview

MIAMI, Jan. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ludwig Enterprises, Inc. (Pink Sheets: LUDW.PK) Patrick Greenish, president of Ludwig Enterprises presents the company's business plan to its shareholders. Ludwig Enterprises is a specialized entrant into the HD FM radio market offering a new subscriber based FM radio service. The company is focused on serving ethnic markets in the US, Canada and Mexico. According to industry figures Internet-based and ethnic media are the fastest growing media today. There's a thirst for niche news, and advertisers are increasingly targeting specific communities.

The company intends to establish radio transmission facilities in the fifty largest U.S. markets. Each geographical area is targeted to receive 50 different ethic or specialized channels of programming. A listener must procure a newly designed radio receiver to listen to Ludwig's programs.

Ethnic media in the U.S. is flourishing: What started out as niche media serving small communities has grown in the last decade into thousands of media outlets in dozens of cities. According to a 2005 poll by the consulting/polling firm Bendixen & Associates, 13 percent of the adult U.S. population "prefers" ethnic media over mainstream media, and one-quarter of the U.S. population regularly consume ethnic media.

According to U.S. Census Bureau, in 2006, the nation's minority population reached 100.7 million. This is the population Ludwig will attempt to reach at the initial stage of their service offering.

ABOUT LUDWIG ENTERPIRSES, INC. - Ludwig Enterprises, Inc., (LUDW), is a Nevada based technology company with regional offices in Miami, Florida. This technology will allow Ludwig Enterprises to contractually acquire the right to utilize currently issued FM radio station spectrum with minimal regulatory requirements. The company intends to deploy this technology into the fifty largest US demographic markets.

Ludwig Enterprises, Inc. has chosen not to compete with the major radio networks offering "top 50 programming" but to focus on the underserved or un- served foreign language market. Programming will consist of twenty-four hour a day programs in such languages as Chinese, Pakistani, Russian, Hebrew and many others. Additionally there will be a limited number of specialty channels focusing on twenty-four hour a day: old time radio programs, readings of local and national news papers (without commentary), specialty music channels including jazz and music forms not played on conventional stations, and educational programming.
