KISSIMMEE, Fla., Jan. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Cattleman's Steakhouse today announces plans for its new Latin name, Salgados Steakhouse, Latin Nightclub and new Latin twist to the Cattleman's existing Steak and Seafood menu. Located at the corner of Highway's 535 (Vineland Rd.) and 192 (Vine St.), Salgados will fill the area's need for upscale Latin Steak and Seafood cuisine along with being the hottest new Latin nightclub in town.

To announce its new Latin flavor and nightclub plans, Salgados is sponsoring "Explosion Salsera" and will be hosting the Opening Night Red Carpet Event with arrival of the Singing Stars and Press Conference on Friday February 1, 2008 beginning at 8 pm at the restaurant. Also making an appearance at the event will be the Budweiser(R) Girls from 9 pm to 11 pm as part of the Budweiser(R) sponsorship of the event. Salgados Steakhouse has set aside a limited amount of dinner seating for the public to participate in this exclusive historic event and the restaurant bar will also be open to the public. The concert takes place at the Kissimmee Civic Center On Saturday February 2, 2008 presented by JJ Productions. Doors will be open to the public at 3:00 p.m. and the concert will begin at 4:00 p.m. with a long list of well known recording artists such as Hector Tricoche, Paquito Acosta, Paquito Guzman, David Pabon, Roberto Blades, Ray de la Paz, Nino Segarra, Charlie Cruz, Marlon, Anthony Cruz, Bobby Concepcion, Lefty Perez, Pedro Conga, Ommy Cardona, Chamaco Rivera, Viti Ruiz, Manolo Lezcano, Edgar Joel with Anthony Colon, Primi Cruz, Joe Lopez, Kevin Ceballo, Pedro Jesus, Jerry Galante, Von Marie, Mario Feliciano, Aris Martinez, Johnatan, Danny Sanchez, and Megui Rivera.
