Baltimore Animation Studio Bully! Entertainment Animates Mustard and Mayo Tubes (and Lots of Veggies) for Nestle's European Food-Brand, Thomy

BALTIMORE, Jan. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Bully! Entertainment recently completed work on twelve animated commercials for Switzerland-based Nestle. The spots are designed to promote Thomy brand Mustard and Mayonnaise tubes and show the condiments spicing up a host of bland vegetables, sausages and other animated meat products.

The 10 to 25 second spots were completed through Swiss production houses Boutiq and Addictive Films and Swiss agency GGK. They are currently airing in 3 languages, French, Italian and German, on Swiss National Television and German TV.

"The Thomy Mustard and Mayo characters are icons to the Swiss so it was great challenge to give them an animation make-over," said Carlson Bull, principal and director of animation at Bully! Entertainment. The characters were redesigned with an edgier look and feel and animated with Adobe's Flash. The sequences were then transferred to Switzerland for post-production.

The Thomy tubes liven up a dance party, host a quiz show and calm protesting meat rolls by unveiling new fondue sauces. They are also shown to be very proficient in rustling bratwursts with a lasso.

Other scenarios include:

-- A blend of the Swiss national anthem and Thomy theme song hummed by
Corn, Sausage and friends, and conducted by Thomy Mustard
-- Thomy Mayonnaise as the pied piper of Asparagus
-- A health conscious Chili Pepper explaining the benefits of Thomy's
new light 'Thomynaise' to a jump roping Tomato
