Rich Little, John Stanley King and Four-Course Gourmet Dinner on Tap

COACHELLA, Calif., Dec. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- The Valley is already buzzing about Spotlight 29 Casino's New Year's Eve party headlined by Rich Little with special guest the John Stanley King Orchestra. Now the casino is proud to announce the menu for the tempting four-course included with the evening.

The flavors of the night are brought to revelers by the Spotlight 29's new dining sensation, JEM Steakhouse. The experience begins with anti pasta and salad to get the party started. Petite filet and jumbo prawns with red wine demi reduction and garlic butter cream sauce headline the meal. Pumpkin mousse covered in chocolate ganache is the perfect way to wrap up 2007 before the New Years resolutions take effect.

Headliner Rich Little has an enviable list of awards and credits to his name, from Emmy awards to gold records to command performances for U.S. Presidents for British royalty. He also has stars on the Walks of Fame in Hollywood and Palm Springs. Little is dedicated to numerous charitable organizations in the Coachella Valley, including the Barbara Sinatra Children's Center.

The John Stanley King Orchestra is one of the most dynamic acts on the scene today, the John Stanley King band is the nucleus of a growing family drawn to its improvisational treatment of psychedelic rock n' roll, blues, punk, Reggae, R & B and jazz music. Its layered guitars, experimental grooves and rich soulful harmonies, capture the listener and take them from one musical journey to another.
