Here's Your Chance to Take the Healthy Lifestyle Challenge Submit Your Video By September 4, 2007

BALA CYNWYD, Pa., July 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- NBC 10 and Friendship All Natural Cottage Cheese team up to find the 2007 'Local Loser'. The regional search will encompass Greater Philadelphia, Lehigh Valley, South Jersey and Delaware. Last year, Carl Steinmetz of West Chester, PA, lost 55 pounds and gained a healthier lifestyle to become the first 'Friendship All Natural Cottage Cheese Local Loser' winner. This is a great opportunity for NBC 10's viewers to change their lives for the better by learning how to eat right and adopt proper exercise techniques.

To take the challenge, go to http://www.nbc10.com/10, click on the Local Losers Contest link, and print and complete the registration form. Then create a three (3)-minute video (VHS, DVD, or mini DVD only) showing why you should be the Friendship All Natural Cottage Cheese Local Loser. Videos longer than three minutes will not be considered. Videos will be used on the air and will not be returned.

Five finalists will be chosen to participate in the NBC 10 and Friendship All Natural Cottage Cheese Local Loser Contest. Lori Wilson and Bill Henley, co-hosts of the lifestyle and entertainment show "10!", will follow the trials and tribulations of the contestants in an 8-week series as they prepare for a live finale. The winner will be announced and awarded prizes on "10!" on November 20, 2007.
