BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., July 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Imperia Entertainment, Inc. (Pink Sheets: IPEI) announced today that all disputes with respect to the motion picture entitled "Never Submit" articulated in the federal court lawsuit by the former director, James Hergott have been amicably resolved and that the production will go forward with principal photography by August 6, 2007. The parties have released the following letter regarding the confidential resolution of the lawsuit:

"The undersigned are pleased to announce that all disputes with respect to the motion picture entitled, 'Never Submit' have been amicably resolved by the respective parties.
