Live Nation Acquires Remaining Interest in TRUNK LTD

LOS ANGELES, April 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Live Nation (NYSE:LYV), the world's largest live music company, announced today that it has acquired the remaining interest in TRUNK LTD, a company renowned for its authentic music-inspired lifestyle merchandise, from its founder and CEO Brad Beckerman. This deal affirms Live Nation's continuing strategy to build businesses around live music concerts that benefit both artists and avid fans. Live Nation acquired a majority stake of the company in July of last year.

Mr. Beckerman has exited the company to pursue other opportunities.
