Reading International, Inc. Signs John Hunter as Chief Operating Officer

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Reading International, Inc. (AMEX:RDI) announced today that John Hunter will be joining the company as Chief Operating Officer for Reading International, Inc. and President of all Reading subsidiaries in Australia and New Zealand.

A long time theater industry veteran, Hunter was recently Chief Operating Officer for Hollywood Theaters and currently serves on the board of directors for the National Association of Theater Owners. "The combination of John's cinema expertise and extensive experience in the real estate industry make him a perfect fit for us as we move to significantly grow the company," said Mr. Cotter, Reading Chairman & CEO. Hunter will join the company on February 12th and will be based in the Los Angeles, California corporate headquarters. This is a new position and a reflection of the company's expansion plans.
