AVerMedia launches new network video standalone surveillance DVR solution designed for home, business, school, government

MILPITAS, Calif., Feb. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- AVerMedia(R) Technologies, Inc., the leading provider of digital multimedia and presentation technology announced today the release of the AVerDiGi EB1304NET standalone surveillance DVR. The EB1304NET combines the latest development in video capture in a small user-friendly package. Features include network capabilities, four video inputs, 750GB hard drive capability, NTSC/PAL support, and a USB2.0 external thumb drive connection (cameras not included). Designed to be functional yet convenient, the EB1304NET offers easy video recording, sensor trigger recording, playback, backup and search features.

The EB1304NET features remote and multi-client access capabilities through the Internet Explorer browser including remote PCs and PDA handhelds. The unit also supports easy network configuration via built in support for DHCP. The EB1304NET combines four video inputs with one composite output (or VGA output) and one channel audio with the exclusive video enhancement tool. Display and recording rates run at a steady 120/100 fps (NTSC/PAL) while up to 750GB of recorded MPEG4 compressed video can be stored. Motion detection recording and I/O control for sensor and relay are also included.

In addition, the EB1304NET supports the included AVerDiGi CM3000 Central Management System with the ability to connect and monitor multiple video channels concurrently.
