North Dakota Television Announces Sale of Television Stations to Hoak Media
NEW YORK, Jan. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- North Dakota Television Holdings, L.L.C. announced today the closing of the sale of its television stations to Hoak Media LLC. The television stations acquired include: KFYR-TV and its three satellite stations, KMOT-TV, KUMV-TV, and KQCD-TV, all NBC affiliates, serving the Minot-Bismarck-Dickinson, ND markets; KVLY-TV, an NBC affiliate, serving the Fargo-Valley City, ND market; and KSFY-TV, an ABC affiliate and its two satellite stations, KPRY-TV and KABY-TV, serving the Sioux Falls, Pierre, and Aberdeen, South Dakota markets, respectively.

Hoak Media LLC is a Dallas-based broadcasting company focused on the acquisition, development and operation of television and radio stations in small and medium-sized markets. Including today's transaction, the company owns and operates nineteen television stations across seven markets.
