PHILADELPHIA, Jan. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Comcast Corporation will host a conference call with the financial community on Thursday, February 1, 2007 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) to discuss financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2006 and the company's outlook for 2007.
