TomKat Baby Among Celebrity Offspring Named By USA Network as January's 'Character of the Month'

NEW YORK, Jan. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Celebrity babies stole the show from their superstar parents in 2006 and they headline in 2007 as USA Network names these little starlets their "Characters of the Month." Everyone was waiting with baited breath for a look at Suri Cruise's first photos, putting parents Tom and Katie in her 7lb. 7oz., celeb shadow. At just seven months, Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt has already been globe hopping with megastar mom and dad, Angelina and Brad, and there's no doubt that Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale's son, Kingston Rossdale, will turn out to be a little trendsetting-rocker himself. Rounding out this group are Marcia Cross' twins who are due to hit the celebrity baby circuit this April.

USA kicks off the new year with these celebrity babies featuring them throughout the month of January in 30-second spots sponsored by Subway and T-Mobile. 'Character of the Month,' part of the Characters Welcome brand, celebrates well-known people from the world of entertainment. It was rolled out in November on The Character Network with Bono, who was saluted for his philanthropic endeavors.
