Live Nation Appointed Producer of Memorial Concert

LONDON, Dec. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Live Nation (NYSE:LYV) is very proud to announce that the company will be working alongside Princes William and Harry to produce the Memorial Concert on July 1st, 2007 at Wembley Stadium to commemorate and celebrate the life of their mother Diana, Princess of Wales.

Live Nation will also be the official TV producer, providing feeds to UK and Europe in real time, with confirmation of transmission to North America, Canada and the rest of the world to be announced.

The event, called "Concert for Diana," will feature some of their mother's and some of the Princes' own favourite artists. All of the artists are being invited to perform by Princes William and Harry. Lined up for the concert are Elton John, Duran Duran, Bryan Ferry, Pharrell Williams, The English National Ballet, Joss Stone and Andrew Lloyd Webber, who will stage a medley of songs from some of his greatest West End shows. A number of other major acts will be announced in due course.
