NEW YORK, Dec. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Grammy Award winner, Meat Loaf, brings his critically acclaimed live performance, featuring songs from all three Bat Out of Hell albums, on a U.S. and Canadian tour with dates beginning early 2007. Thirteen years in the making, Bat Out of Hell III: The Monster is Loose unleashed October 31st with a debut at #8 on the Billboard charts and a top 5 debut in more than 10 countries. The three act performance includes hits from each Bat Out Of Hell installment, including "Two Out of Three Ain't Bad," "You Took the Words Right Out of My Mouth," and "Paradise by the Dashboard Lights." Act II features more favorites including the classic international chart-topper "I'd Do Anything for Love (But I Won't Do That)," which earned Meat Loaf a Grammy for Best Rock Vocal Solo Performance. Act III brings the franchise full circle with, "It's All Coming Back to Me Now," "Blind as a Bat" and a finale spanning the entire "Bat" series.

The new album was produced by hit-maker Desmond Child, and completed with Todd Rundgren, contributing vocal arrangements, and Jim Steinman, writing seven songs. Mixed by Grammy Award winning studio engineer Greg Collins (U2, Gwen Stefani), with string arrangements by David Campbell, this final installment of the Bat franchise includes guest appearances by Motley Crue bassist Nikki Sixx and Rob Zombie guitarist John 5, as well as guitar hero Steve Vai and unmistakable signature appearance by Queen guitarist Brian May on "Bad For Good."

Meat Loaf, one of most diverse talents in entertainment today, has appeared in more than 60 television and feature films. Bat Out Of Hell (1977), the genre-transforming original, ran for 82 weeks on the Billboard album chart and has sold over 14 million copies in the U.S. Bat Out of Hell II: Back Into Hell (1993) earned Meat Loaf a Grammy for Best Rock Vocal Solo Performance.
