Almost half of Hispanic likely voters (49%) have decided to vote for change in the U.S. Congress, indicating they would vote for the Democratic party's candidate if the election were held today, according to a recent poll conducted by Miami-based Encuesta Inc., an independent market research and opinion polling firm. Republican party candidates, meanwhile, enjoy support from 34% of Non-Hispanics compared to 22% of Hispanics.
