Media Alert: V.I.P.P. (Very Important Penguin Party!) at Beverly Center's Snow Globes Featuring 'Happy Feet'

WHAT Party with the penguins at a special V.I.P.P. to launch Beverly
Center's multi-sensory holiday snow globes. The free display
brings to life key scenes from the highly anticipated movie
"Happy Feet," from Warner Bros. Pictures.*

WHERE Beverly Center Grand Court on level six

WHEN Thursday, Nov. 2, 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
("Happy Feet" snow globes open to the public at 6 p.m. that day)

OPS Featured guests: Atlantic Recording artist Gia Farrell,
performing songs including one from the "Happy Feet" soundtrack;
"Happy Feet" director George Miller; E.G. Daily, the movie voice
behind baby Mumble, the movie's hero.

Interactive, penguin-filled snow globe display, which includes a
20-foot, walk-through globe, complete with a cold Antarctic blast
and 300 pounds of swirling theatrical snow.

The snow globes will open following a dramatic countdown and a
flurry of confetti snow.

ETC. The Snow Globes are an annual Beverly Center holiday tradition,
which began last year with "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion,
the Witch and the Wardrobe." Each year, the snow globes showcase
a new display based on an upcoming holiday film or popular
entertainment theme.
