Creative Announces Change in Director's Shareholding

SINGAPORE, Nov. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Creative Technology Ltd (NASDAQ:CREAF), a worldwide leader in digital entertainment products, today announced that Sim Wong Hoo, chairman and CEO of Creative Technology Ltd, has sold 2 million of his Creative shares to Chay Kwong Soon, a co-founder of the company. With this sale, Sim Wong Hoo's shareholding in the company will be reduced from 31.15% to 28.75%.
