Irish Tenor Ronan Tynan to Make a Special Performance, While Guests Dine on

Delicacies Prepared by Dublin's Top Chefs

WHO: The American Ireland Fund and over a thousand distinguished guests
welcome Ronan Tynan, one of the three Irish tenors, and chefs from
Dublin's premier restaurants for a memorable evening devoted to a
worthy cause -- the construction of a new integrated school for
Catholic and Protestant children in Northern Ireland.

Notable attendees include dinner co-chairs:

-- Ted Kelly, Chairman, president and CEO of Liberty Mutual
-- Jack Manning, president and CEO of Boston Capital
-- Anne Finucane, president, Northeast, and global corporate
affairs executive at Bank of America
-- Jack Connors, Jr., founding partner and chairman of Hill,
Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos, Inc.
-- Thomas P. O'Neill III, CEO of O'Neill and Associates
-- Patrick J Purcell, president and publisher, Boston Herald and
Herald Media, Inc.
-- Bob Reynolds, vice chairman and COO of Fidelity Investments.

WHAT: Celebrating its 25th anniversary, The American Ireland Fund's
annual Boston gala is one of the city's biggest events that is a
'must attend' by the city's influencers. Building on the AIF's
integrated education focus this year, funds raised at the 2006 Gala
will be directed to funding the construction of an integrated
school in Northern Ireland, where sectarian strife continues to
divide even the youngest citizens of the country with less than 6%
of Catholic and Protestant children being educated together. The
AIF aims to help end this divided culture through ongoing support
of integrated education initiatives.

WHEN: Thursday, Nov. 16, 2006
6:30 pm -- Cocktail hour
7:30 pm -- Buffet -- interview opportunities with Dublin chefs
8:30 pm -- Ronan Tynan performance

WHERE: Marriott Hotel, Copley Place

reconciliation, arts and culture, education and community
development throughout the island of Ireland. The American Ireland
