Firesky Media Corp. to Launch New Entertainment Trade Publication in 2007

Publishing Division to Expand During First Quarter

IRVINE, Calif., Nov. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Firesky Media Corp. , announced today that it will launch a new entertainment trade publication during the first quarter of 2007. The publication will focus on the independent film, television and new media segments of the entertainment industry and the growing number of festivals and markets where most of the new product is debuted.

The new publication, which plans to offer mobile, on-line and print versions, is expected to be based in Los Angeles, New York and London.

The announcement comes as Firesky prepares to close several planned acquisitions previously announced. The decision to launch the niche publication came during contract negotiations with another established entertainment trade publication based in Los Angeles. With the new publication moving forward, Firesky now anticipates closing the transaction with the existing entertainment trade publication, which will be responsible for the new publication, during this quarter.

With the publishing division structure now in place, Firesky anticipates final contracts for all of its planned acquisitions will be completed soon.
