DH Capital Advises TruVista Communications on Acquisition of Cable Television Systems from Charter Communications

NEW YORK, and BOULDER, Colo., Nov. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- DH Capital, LLC announced that it represented TruVista Communications ("TruVista" or the "Company") on its acquisition of two cable television systems from Charter Communications (NASD: CHTR) in Chester and Camden, South Carolina, in the first and third quarters of 2006, respectively, serving a combined approximately 7,900 video customers. TruVista is an integrated communications provider headquartered in Chester, South Carolina.
