December Concerts Announced on the Heels of Scheduled Performances with the New York Yankees and Prestigious Engagements Throughout October
NEW YORK, Oct. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Wearing many hats that include doctor, champion disabled athlete, motivational speaker, and world-class tenor, Ronan Tynan is undeniably unstoppable as he travels across America singing songs of hope and inspiration from his latest Decca CD, The Dawning of the Day, released September 26th.
The incomparable singer embarks on a string of holiday concert dates kicking off December 1st in Syracuse, with additional shows throughout that month. Eager fans can catch Ronan even sooner at Yankee Stadium on October 3rd & 4th, when he sings his signature rendition of "God Bless America" from The Dawning of the Day during the seventh-inning stretch as the New York Yankees take on the Detroit Tigers. The team has already tapped Ronan to perform in the second round of the baseball playoffs should they progress to the next round the week on October 17th and 18th. Last year, the New York Post proclaimed, "When Ronan Tynan sings, the Yankees win," cementing his good-luck charm status with the team and its adoring fans.
A sought after performer with a "heroic voice," according to the New York Times, Ronan is slated to participate at a slew of prestigious events throughout October. On October 5th, Ronan will sing "God Bless America" at the National Parks Foundation Gala held at Chelsea Piers in New York City, with First Lady, Laura Bush in attendance. The Bush family has also specifically requested Ronan sing at the christening of an air craft carrier, to be named after President George Bush Sr. on October 7th in Newport News, VA. On October 15th, Ronan will join other motorcycle enthusiasts at the 12th Annual Ride for Children, a benefit for Camp Boggy Creek, a facility for children in Daytona Beach, Florida. His dizzying schedule continues when he is presented with the Secretary of Health and Human Services' Highest Recognition Award on October 25th in Washington DC, for his exemplary contributions in improving the lives of persons with disabilities of all ages.
