Multi-Platinum Hip-Hop Producer 'XL' and ARP Productions Celebrate CD Launch Entitled 'What Are We Living For'

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- ARP Productions, AIDS Responsibility Project (ARP) and XL Productionz will launch their "Start the Conversation" initiative at the International AIDS Conference in Toronto. A private listening party/celebrity VIP lounge will celebrate the 12-track CD release entitled "What Are We Living For." The compilation CD features songs written and performed by AWHARE, an array of talented young artists from Hip-Hop to R&B. The show will be directed by world-renowned choreographer "Wilberto," Tuesday, August 15, 2006 at Toronto's newest, most vibrant club, Purgatory, in a room called "Heaven," 199 Richmond Street, Toronto, from 9pm to 11pm on.

The purpose of "What Are We Living For" is to "Start the Conversation" about HIV -- how to avoid it, how to live with it, how not to spread it, and the importance of being honest about one's own risk of becoming infected. ARP has partnered with record producer Donald "XL" Robertson to use music, film, and the Internet to develop new and more effective ways to communicate prevention messages to those most at risk for becoming infected with HIV.
