Please be advised of the following guidelines with respect to the 2006 MISS TEEN USA(R) Pageant (the "Event"), to be held in Palm Springs, California and broadcast live on NBC on Tuesday, August 15, 2006 at 9:00 p.m. ET (delayed PT).

We request that you use no more than thirty (:30) seconds of the "crowning moment" of the Miss Teen USA 2006 titleholder and that such excerpt is used for news purposes only in regularly scheduled bona fide hard news programs within one (1) week of the conclusion of the NBC telecast and appropriate video courtesy credit is given to Miss Universe L.P., LLLP in connection therewith. Please note that under no circumstances may excerpts be used on the Internet or other online services or interactive multimedia distribution transmission.
