Organizational Restructuring Precedes Major Announcements This Fall

IRVINE, Calif., Aug. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Camelot Entertainment Group, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: CMEG) announced today that it has begun the process of restructuring its corporate framework in anticipation of several major announcements this fall.

Under the new operating platform, Camelot plans to have three divisions: Camelot Film Group, Camelot Studio Group and Camelot Production Services Group. Initial details of the new line-up will be contained in the company's quarterly filing expected to be filed this week.
