of FOXWORTHY'S BIG NIGHT OUT on CMT.

What: The mother receives $50,000.

Where: A hospital in the US. CMT will give a 42" flat screen HDTV to
the hospital where the $50,000 for a BIG NIGHT OUT on CMT 'new
baby' is born. CMT is offering a $1,000 Baby Bounty to the
first person to identify the mother of the $50,000 for a BIG
NIGHT OUT on CMT 'new baby.'

When: 8:30 pm ET* on Friday, September 1, 2006 on CMT

How: Mother of the baby born at 8:30 pm ET* on Friday, September 1,
2006 must submit an entry form (available at

Rules: If there is more than one birth at 8:30 pm ET,* a random drawing
will be conducted. If there are no babies born at 8:30 pm ET,*
then the mother of the first baby born after 8:30 pm ET* will
