Genoa's Innovative Technology to be Exhibited at IFA 2006 as Part of a Joint Project With Telefunken

BERLIN, Germany, August 28/PRNewswire/ -- Genoa's ColorPeak(R) Multi Primary innovative technology was chosen by
Telefunken to be implemented in its new 4 and 5 color HD Ready LCD TVs.

Genoa's ColorPeak(R) revolutionary image quality is achieved by adding
one to three additional primary colors to the current RGB mix---typically
yellow and cyan. The result is a display which has a significantly wider
color gamut and superior image quality, benefiting both natural and vivid
colors. In addition, the brightness efficiency is increased while the power
consumption is reduced.

TELEFUNKEN has announced that the first prototypes of LCD TVs using
ColorPeak(R) will be demonstrated at IFA, Berlin, which takes place from
1st-6th September, 2006.
