'It' Girl Public Relations Expands Talent Division With Actor/Film Producer Rob Kirkland and MTV'S Dave Aragon

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- "It" Girl Public Relations announces additions to their talent division with Actor/Film Producer Rob Kirkland and Dave Aragon from MTV's "Pimp My Ride." The full service publicity firm has been contracted to implement a public relations campaign to highlight Rob's career as an actor, as well as his role in producing forthcoming film and theatrical projects. "It" Girl will also be maximizing Dave Aragon's exposure opportunities in the media.

Rob Kirkland moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting just a few years ago and landed his first television appearance as a bartender on the Emmy Award winning General Hospital. Shortly thereafter, he was cast in numerous independent films like the award nominated comedy "When a Telemarketer Calls" and "Strides: The Jesse Owens Story." Rob continually writes and produces new material, adding new masterpieces to his portfolio such as his most recent project "F8 (Fate)." The film will debut in the Independent Film Festival in Los Angeles on September 14th and in New York on November 30th.

Dave Aragon is the co-star of the popular MTV television show, "Pimp My Ride." MTV wanted a more rock 'n roll edge for the show's new season, so they cast Dave as the breakout cast member with the "bad boy rocker" image. "Pimp My Ride" is currently on the air and is one of MTV's most popular and highly rated shows watched in over 40 countries with millions of fans worldwide. In addition to the show, Dave is also the lead singer of an amazing rock band based in Los Angeles, CA called The Dead Boys Club.
