Firesky to Acquire International Trade Publication; Negotiations Commence on Firesky's First Acquisition

IRVINE, Calif., Aug. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Firesky Media Corp. , announced today that it has begun formal negotiations to acquire an international trade publication that concentrates on a major segment of the entertainment industry.

Management expects additional announcements on the terms and conditions of the acquisition in early September. Firesky anticipates the acquisition will close before the end of the third quarter.
