Town Watch Integrated Services presents the 11th Annual Philadelphia's National Night Out Kick-Off Rally. This event supports citizens' involvement in Town Watch organizations citywide. It is designed to provide information and to motivate volunteers to be vigil in their communities. It also enhances the partnerships necessary to improve the quality of life in Philadelphia.

This is a FREE event and all ages are welcomed. Refreshments and entertainment will be provided. Local drill teams, African drummers, Gospel & R&B singers and young rap artists will perform.

Town Watch Integrated Services brings together people from throughout the Metropolitan Philadelphia area to work together to address their neighborhood issues in improving the quality of life in their community.
