PA Lottery's Raffle Drawing Creates Five New Millionaires, Awards $6.25 Million in Total Prizes

MIDDLETOWN, Pa., July 4 /PRNewswire/ -- The Pennsylvania Lottery's Independence Day Millionaire Raffle game has produced five new millionaires. The selection of five $1 million top-prize raffle ticket numbers and five $100,000 second-prize raffle ticket numbers was televised live on the Lottery's drawing show earlier this evening. Winning raffle ticket numbers for 750 prizes of $1,000 also were selected but not displayed due to time constraints.

The five top-prize winning ticket numbers selected, each worth $1 million cash, were: 00262980, 00424484, 00048106, 00459177 and 00249710. The five second-tier ticket numbers selected, each worth $100,000 cash, were: 00039236, 00006813, 00560522, 00287348 and 00615833.

The eight-digit raffle number printed on Millionaire Raffle tickets must match the eight-digit raffle ticket number combination selected in the drawing in the exact sequence in which it was selected to be considered a winning ticket.

A complete list of all 760 winning raffle ticket numbers is available at Lottery retailers and on the Lottery Web site, www.palottery.com. The numbers are listed by prize category in ascending order. The Web site also features a "Search" function that allows players to enter their eight-digit raffle ticket numbers to determine if they hold winning tickets.

The five $1 million prizes must be claimed by presenting a winning ticket at Pennsylvania Lottery headquarters in Middletown, Dauphin County, or at any of the Lottery's seven area offices located throughout the Commonwealth. The five $100,000 prizes can be claimed at any of the Lottery's seven area offices or at any licensed Pennsylvania Lottery retailer. Claims may be filed Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Lottery headquarters, and from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at area offices.

Holders of Millionaire Raffle tickets worth $1,000 can claim their winnings at a Lottery retail location.
