NEP Broadcasting Acquires Roll to Record, a Leader of Reality Television Production in the United Kingdom

PITTSBURGH, May 8 /PRNewswire/ -- NEP Broadcasting, LLC, the leading international provider of outsourced media services critical to the delivery of live sports and entertainment events, announced that it has completed the acquisition of Roll to Record (RTR), the leader in reality television production in the United Kingdom. RTR provides facilities for a number of successful UK television shows including Big Brother, Celebrity Big Brother, The Richard & Judy Show, House of Tiny Tearaways ("Baby School") and Deal or No Deal.

"RTR will continue to operate as an independent company under NEP's ownership working very closely with NEP Visions, the leading provider of mobile unit facilities in Europe that was acquired by NEP in 2005," said Louis A.
