VH1 Mobile to Launch Original, Made-For-Mobile Series, 'Dingo Ate My Video'

VH1 Mobile to Launch Original, Made-For-Mobile Series, 'Dingo Ate My Video'

New Series for the 'Small Screen' Pairs Music Videos With Comedic Commentary

NEW YORK, April 4 /PRNewswire/ -- VH1 Mobile today announced its new, original, made-for-mobile series "Dingo Ate My Video," which will launch April 24. The new series combines music videos with VH1's comedic voice through back-and-forth banter between the series' main characters, "Dingo" and "Baby" -- two puppets with opposing dispositions and taste in music.

Each week a new episode featuring footage from 3-4 music videos from a wide range of artists including, Green Day, Missy Elliot, Depeche Mode, Jewel, and others will be available on mobile handsets, cross-carrier.

In addition to highlighting music videos, the series follows the contentious, yet amusing relationship between "Dingo" and "Baby". "Baby" believes that "Dingo" is a "cute and cuddly puppy" and "Dingo" has only one motivation behind co-hosting the weekly video show -- to devour "Baby".

"Dingo Ate My Video" was created by City Lights and is produced in conjunction with VH1. Chris Stout serves as Producer for City Lights. Scott Reich serves as Executive Producer for VH1 and Jeff Baumgardner as Supervising Producer for VH1.
