Greens Worldwide Closes Acquisition of Still Moving, Inc.

HERTFORD, N.C., April 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Greens Worldwide Incorporated (BULLETIN BOARD: GRWW) announced today that it has closed its acquisition of Still Moving, Inc. in a share exchange agreement whereby Still Moving, Inc. has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Greens Worldwide. Still Moving, Inc. will provide in-house television production capabilities to produce the television programming of the US Pro Golf Tour, Inc. on Fox Sports Net, and the New England Pro Golf Tour on The Golf Channel.
