TDJ Enterprises and Sony Pictures Entertainment Announce Production Deal

Movies to Be Produced by T.D. Jakes for Theatrical and Home Entertainment Markets

LOS ANGELES, April 18 /PRNewswire/ -- TDJ Enterprises and Sony Pictures Entertainment have entered into a three year production and distribution deal for theatrical releases and DVD exclusives. The announcement was made by Bishop T.D. Jakes, CEO of TDJ Enterprises, Curtis Wallace, COO of TDJ Enterprises and Clint Culpepper, President of Screen Gems. Bishop Jakes and TDJ Enterprises are represented by Creative Artists Agency (CAA) whose representatives negotiated the deal with Sony Pictures.

The first film scheduled for production in late 2006 will be "Not Easily Broken" based on a novel by Bishop Jakes.

TDJ Enterprises has enjoyed critical acclaim for its recent theatrical film, "Woman, Thou Art Loosed," which so far made more than $7 million at the box-office and sold more than 1 million units on DVD. The company's hugely popular television programs, books, DVDs and film productions constitute a media business which is one of the most successful in the country.
