Robert Sachs, Ken Goldman and Lloyd Carney bring more than 75 years of cumulative experience with leading public and private companies in software, networking and cable

The new members bring to the board a combination of backgrounds with expertise in operations, finance, public policy, development and corporate strategy at leading cable, networking and broadband access spaces companies.

Mr. Sachs has also held executive positions with Continental Cablevision and MediaOne.
