MobiTV Announces Strategic Hires Addressing Company's Growth and Demand

Chief Strategy Officer and VP Finance Join MobiTV Executive Team

EMERYVILLE, Calif., March 6 /PRNewswire/ -- MobiTV, Inc., the global leader in television and digital radio services for mobile devices, announced that it has hired Bruce Gilpin as its Chief Strategy Officer and Michael Strambi as its Vice President of Finance. These two strategic appointments further establish the existing MobiTV executive team as one of the top management teams in the mobile television market and prepare the company to address key financial and investor related issues on the horizon for 2006 and beyond.

Gilpin is a technology industry veteran with broad experience in operations, finance, strategy and corporate development with emerging growth companies. Previously, Gilpin served as Executive Vice President of Global Mergers and Acquisitions at USWeb/CKS, the world's largest Internet professional services firm where he managed strategic acquisitions that helped position the company for a successful IPO in 1997. More recently Bruce was the CFO of energy technology company APX.

Strambi comes to MobiTV from Adobe/Macromedia, where he served as Vice President, Controller and Treasurer for the past four years during a period of rapid growth. Prior to Macromedia, Strambi served as Vice President, Controller and Treasurer Blue Martini Software. Previously, Strambi spent a decade as Vice President, Controller and Treasurer at Sun-Diamond Growers of California. Strambi also spent six years in the audit practice with Ernst and Young.
