MLB.com to Stream Live and On-Demand Every Game of World Baseball Classic Beginning Tonight

NEW YORK, March 2 /PRNewswire/ -- MLB.com, the official website of Major League Baseball, is offering fans around the globe the ability to watch, or listen to every game of the historic first World Baseball Classic (WBC), live and on-demand online.

Beginning tonight at 9:30 ET, live from the Tokyo Dome in Japan, fans can watch online the first of 36 games of this unprecedented baseball event featuring many of the best players in the world competing for their home countries and territories. Live audio broadcasts of the semi-finals and the final games will also be available from PETCO Park in San Diego on MLB.com.

Fans can get all the live video and audio webcasts of the World Baseball Classic for $9.95 at MLB.com. Broadcast restrictions apply. Subscribers to MLB.TV (more than 2,400 live regular season games online) receive the WBC and Spring Training games for free.
