acquire Artists Rights Group Limited (Artists Rights Group), one of the most
highly regarded talent and rights agencies in the independent television and
film sector.

The Artists Rights Group Limited is a leading talent and rights agency.
It manages high quality and creative talent in the independent television and
film sector and exploits associated rights across all media including retail.
Artists Rights Group specialises in discovering, nurturing and developing
creative and successful talented individuals. Artists Rights Group has an

the talent.

Michael Foster

Michael Foster was educated at New College, Oxford. From 1986 to 1997 he
served as Managing Director and then Co-Chairman of ICM Ltd. From 1997 to
1999 he was Managing Director of Television at GMG. From September 1999 to
February 2001 he was Managing Director of Content, Carlton Television. In May
2001 Michael Foster founded Artists Rights Group with Sue Latimer.

Sue Latimer

Sue Latimer started her career as an agent with the William Morris Agency
where she served as Head of Talent. In 1999 Sue became a Director of the
Curtis Brown Agency where she created a new Talent Division. In 2001 Sue
