International Keystone Entertainment Inc. notice of release of supplemental information

VANCOUVER, Feb. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- International Keystone Entertainment Inc. (the "Corporation") has mailed to its shareholders a supplemental information document (the "Supplemental Information") in order to proceed with the acquisition by Keystone Pictures Inc by way of the plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement") approved by shareholders on June 28, 2005. The Supplemental Information includes the audited financial statements and Management Discussion and Analysis for the year ended January 31, 2005 (the "2005 Annual Filings"), and provides minority shareholders with further dissent rights, expiring March 6, 2006, consistent with the dissent rights that were previously provided in the Corporation's Information Circular dated May 17, 2005. The Corporation understands that the cease trade orders currently outstanding as issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission and the Quebec Autorite des marches financiers may be partially revoked once the 2005 Annual Filings have been provided to shareholders and filed on SEDAR, and may be fully revoked upon the Corporation otherwise being current with its continuous disclosure obligations. The Corporation intends to proceed with the completion of the Arrangement once the cease trade orders are revoked or partially revoked.
