ATLANTA, Dec. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- BellSouth Corporation (NYSE:BLS) and PDI- SAT, a DIRECTV(R) Master System Operator, today announced a non-exclusive agreement to jointly market and deploy voice, data and DIRECTV(R) services to the residential multi-dwelling unit ("MDU") market across BellSouth's service territory.
