WHAT: Kick-Off of TRIP CARAVAN L.A., a week-long series of events
celebrating the U.S. premiere screening of "TRIP" -- a visual
music-film spectacular straight out of Berlin (L.A.'s sister
city). Shot over 4 years in 12 countries and incorporating
4 feature-length films, 33 directors and 14 musicians. The
December 9th kick-off event includes a simultaneous multi-screen
presentation of TRIP's four films accompanied with performance
artists, tribal dancers and drummers, with guest celebrities, and
a live musical jam session with TRIP creators/composers Frank
Otto, Bernt Koehler-Adams and guest musicians. Plus, the U.S.
debut exhibit of paintings as seen in the film TRIP, by creator
Frank Otto.
