Scientific-Atlanta Announces Quarterly Dividend

ATLANTA, Nov. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Scientific-Atlanta, Inc. (NYSE:SFA) announced that its board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of one cent, $0.01, per share. The dividend is payable on December 14, 2005 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 28, 2005.
