Additional Dates Added to Institute's Tour With U2

SANTA MONICA, Calif., Nov. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Institute will remain on the road with legendary rockers U2 for more dates on the current U.S. leg of their sold out "Vertigo Tour." The band has been on the bill on various dates for the last month.

Institute features lead singer/songwriter Gavin Rossdale (Bush), guitarist Chris Traynor (Helmet, Orange 9mm), bassist Cache Tolman (Rival Schools, CIV) and drummer Charlie Walker. The band is touring in support of their debut album Distort Yourself, the bulk of which was produced by former Helmet frontman Page Hamilton (along with Rossdale).

Institute will support U2 in the following cities:

November 18 & 19 -- Atlanta, GA -- Phillips Arena
December 4 & 5 -- Boston, MA -- TD Banknorth Garden
December 7 -- Hartford, CT -- Civic Center
December 9 -- Buffalo, NY -- HSBC Arena
December 10 -- Cleveland, OH -- Gund Arena
December 12 -- Charlotte, NC -- Charlotte Arena
