Company Begins Generating Revenues as It Transitions from Development Stage to an Operating Company

VAN NUYS, Calif., June 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Public Media Works, Inc. ("PMWI" or the "Company") (BULLETIN BOARD: PMWI) announced today results from fiscal year ended February 28,2004.

For the fiscal year ended February 28, 2004 the Company generated revenues of $125,000. The Company had no revenue in the fiscal year 2003. Gross profit for fiscal year 2004 was $65,128. Net loss for the year ended February 28, 2004 was $1,100,561 or $.04 per share compared to a net loss of $779,427 or $.06 per share for the fiscal year ended February 28, 2003.
