CENTURY CITY, Calif., March 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Yeahronimo Media Ventures, Inc., a Colorado corporation (YMV), will trade under its new symbol effective at market opening March 17, 2005. YMV is now a leading provider of digital media, services and software.

As of March 7, 2005, the stockholders of Yeahronimo Media Ventures, Inc., a Delaware corporation, transferred their stock to YMV in exchange for newly issued YMV stock. In exchange, they received a controlling interest in YMV. Previously, the YMV entity was named Tensleep Technologies, Inc. and traded under the symbol .

YMV's focus is to serve the exploding market for premium on-line digital content by providing its customers full control of the digital chain from beginning to end. Using YMV's technology, service and hardware offerings, consumers can store content on their computer, as well as legally transfer it to portable multi-media players, while content owners remain protected with advanced security and tracking systems.

YMV's digital media, services and software business retains its European operational roots from its founding in the Netherlands in 2001, and now adds its corporate headquarters in Century City, California, to access the heart of the entertainment industry. Mike Freni, YMV president said: "Now that our business has achieved the milestone of becoming traded in the US markets, YMV intends to move aggressively to grow usage of its web portal for legal downloading of music, sports and concerts, as well as to vigorously market its digital media players."

YMV's principal revenue streams are digital media player equipment sales under the Commodore brand and multimedia download sales. YMV remains in negotiations to purchase the corporate holder of the Commodore brand.

YMV recently acquired Dutch-based RightConnected BV, developers of the PVR enabled allontv(TM) media box platform, enabling ISP's to deliver paid content services into the living room.
